Our M&G all-dry watercolour paint cakes are a type of paint that comes in solid cake form, which can be activated with water to create liquid paint. These paint cakes have excellent water solubility and provide a smooth painting with natural transitions. They are convenient to use and are a popular choice for artists of all levels. The paint cakes can be used with two brushes, one for applying the paint and the other for blending and creating texture. To use the paint cakes, simply wet the brush and rub it over the cake until the desired amount of pigment is picked up.
